This month I had the distinct pleasure of doing the cover art for Emma Wallace's new Christmas album. I am a big fan of Emma's music and have been eagerly anticipating a Christmas release for years, and this did not disappoint. The songs are sweet, jazzy, catchy, and perfectly festive. For the cover Emma gave me carte blanche (which can be both scary and exciting!) and I was so happy that she liked what I came up with. Her title song, "Santa, Take the Night Off", is equal parts saucy and classic, a romantic tune with a decidedly retro vibe, so I thought a simple vintage-style cover would be perfect to convey the mood of the album.

Her songs are always such a delight, and her new Christmas tracks are sure to become standards on your annual seasonal playlists.
