My love of fashion and classic Hollywood are colliding for this new product, a black and white acrylic brooch featuring my illustration of Edith Head. If you aren't familiar with Edith Head, she was possibly the most prolific costume designer from the golden age of cinema. She was nominated for 35 Oscars (!!!) and won 8! In addition to designing iconic looks for the stars, Head sported a pretty iconic look herself with dark tinted glasses and Bettie Page bangs. Oh, and if you're more of a Disney fan than a classic film fan -- Head was the inspiration behind The Incredibles character Edna Mode!
